Western Electric Rules是原四套控制圖規(guī)程。WesternElectric Rules可用于所有Excel控制圖，有時(shí)也被稱為WECO Rules。

Nelsons Rules在20世紀(jì)50年代擴(kuò)大了這一范圍。

Nelson Rules是一套擴(kuò)展的規(guī)則，旨在涵蓋越來越罕見的情況。

 

 

••Westgard Rules與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的LeveyJennings Charts一起使用。它們是傳統(tǒng)規(guī)則的一個(gè)稍有不同的子集，帶有一些特殊規(guī)則。

••AIAG Rules由汽車工業(yè)行動(dòng)小組推薦。

如何更改QI Macros中的Control Chart Rules？

 

 

使用其Control Chart Rules的子菜單，QI Macros可以輕松地更改為其他控制圖規(guī)則集之一。

 

QI Macros Control Charts將進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析，并將任何不穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)或狀態(tài)變?yōu)榧t色。

 

 

QI Macros控制圖還將不穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)的標(biāo)記轉(zhuǎn)換為菱形而不是正方形。

 

這有助于在黑白打印機(jī)上打印控制圖時(shí)識(shí)別不穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)和趨勢。

 

 

QIMacros中的穩(wěn)定性分析選項(xiàng)

 

運(yùn)行宏后，Control Chart菜單將提供各種Control Chart選項(xiàng)。您可以在添加數(shù)據(jù)后重新分析穩(wěn)定性，將向所需方向移動(dòng)的不穩(wěn)定條件的顏色更改為綠色，顯示違反的穩(wěn)定性規(guī)則或清晰的穩(wěn)定性分析。
